Parking
The building has a 2-hour parking limit. If your appointment will be longer than 2 hours, please contact us ahead of time with your license plate number so we can notify security and make sure your vehicle is approved for extended parking.

Booking Appointments & Medical Inquiries
We kindly ask that all appointment bookings and medical inquiries be made by phone or fax only. For your privacy and security, we do not accept appointment requests or respond to questions about your medical file via email or text message.
Email and text messaging do not comply with Alberta’s Health Information Privacy legislation and are not used for patient communication.
AVAconnect
Once you are registered as a patient with our clinic, you will receive an invitation to join AVAconnect, our secure online portal.
AVA Connect allows you to view your medical records and communicate securely with our team.
Please note: Appointment bookings are not available through AVAconnect at this time.
